Background

Goat anti-rat IgG-AF488 is a pre-adsorbed, affinity purified secondary antibody raised in goat against rat whole IgG and conjugated to AF488.

Each vial contains 200ug goat IgG, diluted in 0.5ml of PBS pH7.4 containing 0.1% of BSA.

Specificity

The antibody reacts with rat whole IgG. The antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
